The Nuview Union School District (District) is requesting qualifications for consideration to award contracts for
architectural and design services. Projects may include a new charter high school, a middle school
gymnasium/multipurpose room, and modernization projects at various sites. It is the desire of the District to select a
firm(s) that can meet or exceed the District’s requirement to provide the highest quality technical and oversight
construction expertise at reasonable costs. Qualified firms shall be free from conflicts of interest arising from financial relationships with potential suppliers, contractors, financiers or owners of related projects or products.

 

Interested firms are invited to submit an electronic copy signed by an authorized representative to

Mary Elder,[email protected], on or before 2:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025. Statement of Qualifications is to bear the name and be labeled in the subject line of the email: Request for Statement of Qualifications: Architectural Services.

It is the Firm’s sole responsibility to ensure their submission is received prior to the deadline. Any submittal received
after the time and date stated above, shall not be considered.

All requirements must be addressed in your SOQ. Non-responsive SOQ’s will not be considered. All responses,
whether selected or rejected, shall become the property of the District.

The Nuview Union School District covers 43 square miles and consists of two pre-K thru 6th grade elementary schools, one 7th thru 8th grade middle school and a charter Early College High School.
