Developer Fees
SCHEDULE OF APPLICABLE SCHOOL FEES WITHIN
THE NUVIEW UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT
Developer fees are collected on construction projects within the School District Boundaries. These fees are used to finance school facilities that are needed due to student growth.
Developer Fee payments shall be made payable to the Nuview Union School District and must be in the form of a check, money order, or cashier's check.
We are no longer accepting Cash payments.
STATUTORY SCHOOL FEES
EFFECTIVE AS OF April 10, 2026
LEVEL I
| $3.87 per square foot | of assessable space for residential construction within the district. |
| $0.63 per square foot | of chargeable covered and enclosed space within the District, except for the self-storage category (Commercial/Industrial Fees, except for Self-Storage Category, and Senior Housing Fees) |
| $0.43 per square foot | Commercial/Industrial development within the District.

ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL FEES:
EFFECTIVE AS OF APRIL 10, 2026
LEVEL II
| $5.21 per square foot | of assessable space for new residential construction or reconstruction, including new residential projects, manufactured homes, and mobile homes within the District as authorized under Education Code Section 17625 |
LEVEL III
(Level III Fees are suspended according to Government Code Section 65995.7(a)(2).)
