Letter to Households for Community Eligibility Provision Schools/Districts

 

 

Dear Parent or Guardian:

 

We are pleased to inform you that Nuview Union School District will continue participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2023–2024 School Year.

 

Schools that participate in the CEP are able to provide healthy breakfasts and lunches each day at no charge for all students enrolled in that CEP school during the

2023–2024 School Year. 

 

Applications will not be required therefore we encourage you to complete the LCFF Income Form in order for the district to receive proper funding. Also, completing the LCFF form may qualify you for the Summer P-EBT program.

Carta a los hogares para las escuelas/distritos de provisión de elegibilidad comunitaria

 

 

Estimado Padre o Guardian:

 

Nos complace informarle que el Distrito Escolar Unido de Nuview continuara participando en los Programas Nacionales de Almuerzo Escolar y Desayuno Escolar llamada Disposición de Elegibilidad Comunitaria (CEP) para el año escolar 2023-2024.

 

Las escuelas que participan en el CEP pueden proporcionar desayunos y almuerzos saludables todos los días sin cargo para todos los estudiantes inscritos en esa escuela del CEP durante el año escolar 2023–2024.

 

No se requerirán solicitudes, por lo tanto, lo animamos a que complete el formulario de ingresos de LCFF para que el distrito reciba los fondos adecuados. Además, completar el formulario LCFF puede calificarlo para el programa Summer P-EBT.

The California Revenue and Taxation Code (RTC) Section 19853(b) requires local educational agencies (LEA) that operate the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) to annually notify households about the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) information Act.
