Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

Please see the below information on the ACP. *Note* the ACP is winding down unless congress renews the program.

Low-Cost Internet Options

Explore a variety of low-cost home Internet service plans offered by internet service providers in your area. To qualify, you will need to meet the criteria set by your chosen service provider, which include factors like your household income and participation in government assistance programs such as the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), Medi-Cal, Women Infants and Children (WIC), and more.

What is Happening to the ACP?

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), established to support discounted internet service for qualifying low-income households, is set to wind down. The ACP is expected to continue providing benefits until April 2024, unless Congress renews the program. The allocated $14.2 billion is projected to run out by this date.
