Listed below are the variety of volunteer opportunities available and the required paperwork that must be completed before you can reengage in any volunteer activity. The previously issued volunteer badge is invalid.

Returning Volunteer Checklist
Tier I and II Volunteers:
- Complete the Volunteer Application Packet.
- Provide a copy of your government-issued ID, if different from previously submitted.
- Provide proof of TB Test clearance (valid for 4 years), if expired. You may contact the district office to check on TB expiration date.
- You will receive a notification of approval and will then have a picture taken at the District Office for your new volunteer badge.
- Once you have received your badge, your volunteer service may begin.
Tier III Volunteers:
- Complete the Volunteer Application Packet.
- Provide a copy of your government-issued ID, if different from previously submitted.
- Provide proof of TB Test clearance (valid for 4 years), if expired. You may contact the district office to check on TB expiration date.
- Provide a copy of the Driver Record from the Department of Motor Vehicles, proof of insurance, and policy limits.
- You will receive a notification of approval and will then have a picture taken at the District Office for your volunteer badge.
