Nuview Union School District is proud to welcome Graciela (Graci) Marroquin as the new Assistant Principal of Nuview Elementary School. With more than a decade of experience in education, Ms. Marroquin brings a strong commitment to fostering safe, inclusive, and academically rich environments where every student can thrive.
Throughout her career, Ms. Marroquin has served as a classroom teacher, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Coordinator, and Student Success Team (SST) Lead within Moreno Valley Unified School District. Her leadership has focused on supporting teaching teams through data-driven collaboration, professional development, and coaching that centers on student growth and well-being.
Ms. Marroquin’s work is grounded in equity, strong relationships, and high expectations for all. As a proud alumna of Nuview Union School District—having attended both Nuview Elementary and Mountain Shadows Middle School—she is honored to return to the community that helped shape her journey as an educator.
“I believe that strong relationships with students, families, and staff are the foundation of effective learning communities. Whether I’m helping teachers implement engaging curriculum or working with parents to advocate for their child, I approach every challenge with purpose and compassion.” – Graci Marroquin
Outside of school, Ms. Marroquin enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, exploring the outdoors through camping, hiking, and off-roading. She is also passionate about giving back to the community by volunteering and supporting local animal shelters.
We are excited to welcome Ms. Marroquin to her new role and look forward to the positive impact she will bring to Nuview Elementary School.
