The California Department of Public Health and Nuview Union School District require all K-12 students to mask indoors, with exemptions per CDPH face mask guidance. Persons exempted from wearing a face covering due to a medical condition, must wear a non-restrictive alternative, such as a face shield with a drape on the bottom edge, as long as their condition permits it. Any student seeking a medical exemption to the mask requirement must have the student’s treating physician complete the below Medical/Health Exemption Form.

To receive a face mask exemption or accommodation(s) in the school building and/or on school grounds, the Medical Mask Exemption Form must be completed by the student’s treating physician.
